With a user base of over 350,000 and €25,000,000 in benefits distributed, our platform uses user-friendly language and intuitive interfaces, making it easy to manage practices such as ISEE Certification, Tax Declarations, First Home Mortgages, and Family Allowances. Creating your profile is simple; the platform tells you what you can obtain, and you can apply online effortlessly.

Responsibilities
We are seeking a customer-focused Business Development professional to lead our sales function. In this role, you will explore new sales channels, forge partnerships with operators (e.g. accountants and labour consultants), and establish a feedback loop among customers, management, and product teams.
Your initial key performance indicators (KPIs) and objectives will center around efficiently managing the entire sales cycle. You will generate new leads. Run the pilot. Bring the deal to closure, and ensure ongoing customer success. Additionally, you will be expected to strike new partnerships with operators (e.g. accountants and labour consultants).
In our business development function, data drives our decision-making. You’ll play a pivotal role by meticulously reporting and analyzing sales key performance indicators (KPIs) to propel our commercial efforts. Additionally, you’ll maintain comprehensive records of all activities within our CRM system.
You will be at the forefront of BonusX’s strategy to grow and expand our newly formed B2B2C channel, such as the BonusX Corporate Welfare Program.
Who you are
- Preferred degree, though not required.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Sales, Partnership Management, or a related role in a tech scale-up, corporate welfare company, or similar.
- Proficiency in both Italian and English for conducting business.
- Strong presentation and writing skills, to be assessed during the interview process.
- Exceptional analytical abilities to transform diverse data sources into impactful insights.
- Familiarity with tools such as CRMs, Office, or GSuite.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of processes.

- Up to €71,500 On Target Earnings (70% base / 30% commission).
